💉 UT Health will be providing mobile unit immunizations at Frank Newman Middle School on Monday, August 4, 2025, from 10 AM to 2 PM in the rear parking lot.
• Free for all Medicaid insured

Reminder that registration is happening today and tomorrow at RBE. Please park in the back parking lot and use the cafeteria entrance. Registration will take place in Encinal on Thursday.

RETURNING STUDENTS
*All Parents/Guardians must present a photo id at the time of registration.
*Guardians must bring guardianship paperwork.
*If your child’s physical address has changed, you must provide a current Utility Bill.
NEW STUDENTS
Please bring the information below:
*Birth Certificate
*Social Security Card
*Immunization Record
*Proof of Residence (Utility Bill)
*Signed guardianship paperwork if someone other than the parent is registering the student.
*Parent/Guardian must present a photo id at Registration.
*PK students must show proof of income.
