NMS Observes Red Ribbon Week
NMS celebrated Red Ribbon Week with impactful presentations from the Texas Department of Public Safety, the La Salle County Sheriff's Office, the La Salle County Juvenile Probation Office, and the La Salle County Attorney's Office.
Red Ribbon Week serves as a reminder of the importance of living a drug-free life. It gives parents, educators, and communities a chance to strengthen the drug-free message shared with youth throughout the year. During this nationwide campaign, students and adults alike pledge to learn more about the dangers of drug abuse, including prescription drug misuse, and to renew their commitment to living healthy, drug-free lives in honor of Kiki Camarena and all who have sacrificed to protect our communities.
