NMS Tardies
• Students not inside the classroom when the tardy bell rings will be marked tardy.
• Tardiness is tracked each 6 weeks & will result in escalating consequences.
• 1st & 2nd Tardy - Warning
• 3rd Tardy - 1 day of lunch detention
• 4th Tardy - 3 days of lunch detention
• 5th Tardy - Referral to administration for further disciplinary action
• Any students tardy more than twice in a single day will be referred to administration.

NMS Master Teacher Sonny Garza Sets the Tone for Student Success! 👏
NMS Master Teacher Sonny Garza kicked off the school year by leading and delivering the campus’ first cluster meeting, entitled Data Disaggregation.
Mr. Garza facilitated powerful data conversations that brought together educators across multiple departments, including RLA, P.E., Social Studies, and SPED.
By digging deep into the numbers, teachers collaborated to analyze student data and pinpoint critical target areas that will shape the focus of next steps in daily instruction!
